Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Wolf Creek Amphitheater.  There are a few steps that you must take in order to be considered.  

PLEASE NOTE:  All potential vendors must first complete the online application to become a registered vendor with Fulton County Government before submitting a vendor application for Wolf Creek Amphitheater.  Please see the Fulton County Vendor Quick Registration Guide if you require further assistance on this step.

STEP 2:  Complete the Wolf Creek Amphitheater Vendor Application:  Click here to access OUR vendor application.

STEP 3:  Submit completed application online (If you are unable to submit application online, please fax completed application to 404-346-8668, or e-mail to wolf.creek@fultoncountyga.gov).  DO NOT send payment at this time. Once you receive an acceptance letter, you will be asked to verify acceptance and send payments.  For questions regarding the application process or vendor availability, contact (404) 613-WOLF.

Application Process:  All vendor applicants must be at least 21 years or older.  Please fill out the application as thoroughly as possible and send it in to us.  DO NOT send any payments at this time. We will consider your application for each event we have for the year and will notify you if you will be invited to participate with us at a concert/event.  All applications are subject to final review and approval by Fulton County Government.  Each potential vendor must first apply to become a registered vendor with Fulton County, and must also apply for a Temporary Food Permit with the Fulton County Department of Environmental Health upon acceptance.  Sending an application does not guarantee acceptance.  At the point of acceptance, you will have a maximum of 5 business days to decide if you will join us at the event. If we don’t hear from you and receive payment within the 5 days, the offer of participation will be cancelled.  The deadline for application submission is close of business 7 days prior to the event.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you apply less than 30 days prior to an event and are accepted, you are not eligible for a refund on your space fee.  See Refund Policy below.  

Acceptance/Denial Notification:  Each applicant will receive an acceptance letter letting them know what events they are invited to participate in and the approved menu items. We do limit items that are being sold to control competition. Wolf Creek Amphitheater reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.

Set-Up Information: All set-up information including vendor load in and load out times, on-site policies, permit applications, etc. will be included in the vendor acceptance package.

Payment: Payment is only due once you have been accepted.  Full payment is required to secure a vending space.  Payments must be made in the form of cashier checks or money orders ONLY, made payable to Fulton County Government.  Vendors are to pay the Department of Environmental Health directly.  You may contact the Department of Environmental Health directly at 404-763-5586.

Fees:  Fees range between $125-$250 per event.  The Health Department Inspection fees will be assessed once an application has been accepted, and are either $110 for low risk and $146 for high risk food vendors.

Refund Policy:  If the withdraw is made 30 days or more prior to the first day of the event, you can receive a full refund on your space fee. Otherwise, vending space purchases are non-transferable or refundable. There will be no refund in the event of inclement weather.

Wolf Creek Amphitheater vendor programs are managed by Fulton County Government on behalf of the concerts and events we represent.  Wolf Creek Amphitheater makes every effort to ensure clean, professional, and diverse vending and food truck offerings for each event.  All concessionaires are welcome to apply, but we are especially looking for local and international cuisine with quality ingredients and a variety of menu content, cleanliness, and aesthetics of booth/truck display. The selection of vendors is based on a variety of factors including amount of space available, presentation, and the desires of the concerts/events. Each event and opportunity is unique.    Spaces are limited to create diversity and provide a successful market for Vendors. Each year we see an increase in both the quantity and quality of applications we receive, and because of that the application process is highly competitive.
