Join us for a historic celebration of senior health and wellness as we attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the Largest Senior Citizen’s Health Awareness Lesson. This hybrid event will unite seniors from across the country for fun, inclusive chair-based fitness led by certified instructor Dashuan “Guru of Abs” Johnson. Participants will enjoy live music, wellness booths, giveaways, food trucks, and a vibrant vendor village, with opportunities for virtual participation for those unable to attend in person.
This event aims to spotlight active aging, community engagement, and resilience while providing seniors and their families with resources to support healthy, active lifestyles.
